BARJO is an event catering company and creator of pop-ups, producing events and ephemeral experiences with an artistic and creative signature.
Founded in 2024 in Phoenix, Arizona, by the French duo Rémy Malavassi and Amaury Drevet, both trained in fine-dining and having worked in renowned restaurants in France, Switzerland, and Australia, BARJO was born from a desire to be an ambassador of the French art of living.
While rooted in French culinary traditions, BARJO takes a contemporary approach, giving itself the freedom to explore new ways of reinterpreting and carrying forward the French tradition of hosting and dining.
